I use METU Northern Cyprus Campus online payment web site (Virtual POS) on my free will,
I have full responsibility for use of my credit card,
I shall be liable for any damage or loss caused by erroneous payment made due to my own fault or negligence, and the Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus shall not have any liability,
The Online Payment System will not be used for down payment or partial payment,
Any payment made through the Online Payment System will not be canceled or refunded to the credit card,
I shall not use the Online Payment System to pay the debt balance accrued in the past or to be accrured in the future,
I shall obey the terms and conditions set here, and relevant laws and regulations, and all decisions taken by the Middle East Technical University Northern Cyprus Campus regarding the Online Payment System.
